Angela Chanter PsyD is a psychologist and the Senior Clinical Director for Sierra Health and Wellness Centers.
Sierra Health and Wellness Centers owns and operates New Start Recovery Solutions and Recovery Happens Counseling Services.
She has worked in private practice for 18 years – specializing in families, couples, child custody evaluations, divorce mediation, and recovery focused treatment.
Dr. Chanter has worked as an adjunct professor in doctoral level education. And she has worked with local non-profit programs providing in-home therapy to the previously homeless and newly housed adults and their families.
She is a Presenter in the New Start Recovery Solutions Alumni Psychoeducation Lecture Series. And Dr Angela Chanter is a Keynote speaker at the Emergence Conference 2022. Emergence is an annual conference focusing on the emerging innovations in the field of behavioral health.
Dr. Chanter is Eagala Equine Therapy certified for Veterans and has a passion for assisting veterans in overcoming PTSD and reentry challenges.
Dr. Angela Chanter is the surviving spouse of the late Jon Daily, founder of Recovery Happens. Together, they built the Recovery Happens Masters and Doctoral Internship Program (CAPIC) with rotations in Recovery Happens, private practice, and in-home therapy with newly housed and previously homeless adults and families.
Her expertise working within family systems extends to diverse populations and with issues relating to depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, eating disorders, parenting, divorce, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. She is also certified to perform Child Custody Evaluations and Divorce Mediation.
Dr. Chanter co-founded Full Circle Treatment Center in Roseville, CA; as well as her current private practice, Therapeutic Solutions 360.

And in November 2020, she joined New Start Recovery Solutions as the Clinical Director.
